EOTech has partnered with Unity Tactical to release the HHS UNITY I, a factory-assembled hybrid holographic sight combining the EXPS3-0 holographic sight and G33 3X magnifier with Unity's FAST mounting infrastructure. The system arrives as a plug-and-play alternative to sourcing and integrating these components separately. A solution that should be quite convenient for many customers.
The collaboration centers on mount integration. The FTC OMNI magnifier mount, part of Unity's FAST ecosystem, uses a force-to-overcome mechanism that stows the magnifier completely below the optical sight plane and within the receiver footprint when not in use. EOTech positions this as an alternative to flip-to-side mounting designs that create snag hazards or obstruct sight pictures when folded. The magnifier mounts with a low-profile integrated FAST QD lever, while the FAST optic riser attaches to the sight itself using two clamp screws for permanent positioning.
The system places the optical centerline at 2.26 inches above the rail, a dimension EOTech states supports improved heads-up shooting posture and situational awareness. The EXPS3-0 holographic sight includes side-button controls useful for night-vision setups or magnifier-equipped applications. Twenty daylight brightness settings and ten night-vision settings cover illumination adjustments, while a CR123 battery provides approximately 1,000 continuous hours at nominal setting 12. Eye relief measures 2.2 inches. Zero adjustments operate at 0.5 MOA per click, and the system is water-resistant to 33 feet.
The holographic sight and Unity mounts are manufactured in the USA; the G33 magnifier is assembled and tested domestically. Weight totals 26.3 ounces. The system comes in Black or Tan finishes.
The HHS UNITY I addresses a specific workflow: the rapid transition between close-quarters shooting and distance engagements where the magnifier stowing position matters tactically. Buyers getting this complete integration avoid the assembly variables of buying components separately.
