Maryland Bans Glocks: NRA, FPC, and SAF File Immediate Federal Lawsuit Against SB 334

A powerful coalition of national gun rights organizations has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Maryland officials immediately following Governor Wes Moore's signing of Senate Bill 334. The legislation, set to take effect January 1, 2027, effectively outlaws the sale, manufacture, and transfer of nearly all Glock models and similar striker-fired handguns under the legal classification of "machine-gun-convertible pistols".
