Millennium Marine Rolls Out Single and Double Monitor Mounts
Anybody running live sonar knows the problem of trying to read and adjust a screen without setting down a rod. Millennium Marine brought a fix to ICAST earlier this month with a new line of Monitor Mounts, offered in single and double configurations for anglers stacking multiple displays.
Both versions are built from anodized aluminum with heavy-duty stainless steel hardware, which is the right combination for gear that lives in saltwater spray and gets baked in the sun. The design centers on adjustability. A telescoping riser moves from 13 to 19 inches to set your viewing height, the base swivels 180 degrees, and the mounting plate rotates 350 degrees, so you can angle a screen toward almost any seat in the boat. A universal face plate handles most brands and models of marine electronics on the market, which saves the headache of matching a mount to a specific unit.

Millennium hasn’t published pricing on the new MM-003 and MM-004 yet. For a sense of where they may land, the company’s current single monitor mount runs about $250 and the double runs around $330, though the new versions use a shorter 13-to-19-inch riser than the older line, so treat those numbers as a ballpark until Millennium confirms MSRP. Check with dealers as availability firms up.
The double mount is the one worth a look if you are running a dedicated live-sonar screen alongside a chartplotter, since keeping both at eye level and swiveling to whoever is on the trolling motor is exactly the workflow these are built for.
