Dead Air Silencers is here in Houston for NRAAM 2026 with a new titanium suppressor, the Nomad Ti OTB. Continuing to build upon the proven Nomad Ti line of suppressors, the OTB minimizes overall length with an over-the-barrel design. Perfect for reducing the length of a suppressed hunting rifle, while not sacrificing sound suppression and recoil reduction. The Nomad Ti OTB has a total length of 7.65 inches, but it only adds 4.6 inches to the overall length of the rifle. The rear 3 inches of the suppressor act as an extended blast chamber, helping reduce the sound profile and shift the weight of the suppressor further back for a better pointing suppressed rifle. But even then, being made of 3D printed 6AL4V Grade 5 Titanium, the Nomad Ti OTB only comes in at 10.5 ounces.

The Nomad Ti OTB is rated for calibers up to 300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry, and can fit on any rifle barrel up to 1 inch in diameter. It’s designed with the Xeno mounting architecture machined into the 3D printed body of the silencer and ships complete with the 5/8-24, Xeno Radial Brake. MSRP for the can is set at $1049 and is available in either black or High-Temp FDE cerakote.
