Savage Arms Updates the 212/220 Harvester Slug Guns with AccuFit V2
Savage is pushing out an updated version of their 212/220 Harvester slug guns with the new AccuFit V2 stock system. Both the standard Harvester and the Harvester Woodland are getting the upgrade, and both are available now through authorized dealers with MSRP running $829 to $1,069 depending on gauge and configuration.

The AccuFit V2 is the headline addition. Toolless length of pull and comb height adjustments via a Quick Set Dial, with up to 0.8 inches of comb height adjustment and 1 inch of length of pull in 1/8-inch increments. For a slug gun that is going to be used in a ground blind wearing heavy layers, or handed between different shooters, that kind of fast adjustability without tools is genuinely useful. Interchangeable grip modules round out the fit system.
Beyond the stock, the Harvester carries a solid feature set for a dedicated slug gun:
- 212/220 Harvester Stock: Flat Dark Gray synthetic Barrel: 22-inch carbon steel, fully rifled AccuFit V2 with toolless LOP and comb height adjustment M-LOK panels with integral ARCA rail Exclusive LimbSaver recoil pad with 50% recoil reduction Shotgun bolt body with threaded bolt handle User-adjustable AccuTrigger One-piece 0 MOA rail Detachable box magazine Available in 12 and 20 gauge, left-hand available in 20 gauge MSRP: $829 to $929

- 212/220 Harvester Woodland Same feature set as above Stock: Savage Woodland camo Available in 12 and 20 gauge, left-hand available in 20 gauge MSRP: $969 to $1,069

The LimbSaver pad with a claimed 50% recoil reduction is worth noting on a slug gun specifically. Running sabot slugs out of a 12 gauge all day at the range while patterning is a beating, and anything that takes the edge off that without adding significant weight is a practical win. The ARCA rail integration on the forend is also a nice touch for hunters running tripods or shooting sticks.

If you hunt a shotgun-only zone and have been running an older Harvester, the AccuFit V2 upgrade alone is a solid reason to take a look at the new version. Do you hunt a slug-only zone, and is fit adjustability something that factors into how you choose a dedicated slug gun? Let us know in the comments below. We always appreciate the feedback.
