Do you like guns? Do you like saving money? If the answer to both those questions was “Yes,” and you have been hankering to try one of Smith & Wesson’s foldy rifles, you are in luck: They’ve got a deal running that will save you a decent chunk of change on the M&P FPC 22, and the rebate is locked in for the next few weeks.

Saving big bucks @ TFB:

Fun with folding guns

In case ya aren’t familiar with the M&P FPC 22, Smith & Wesson brought it to market in the summer of 2025. It offers plenty of tactical features—it’s suppressor-ready, it has a forend covered with a generous slathering of MLOK slots as well as a Picatinny rail on top, it ships with three 20-round magazines—and it folds in half to make it compact for transportation or storage.

In other words, just a rimfire version of the standard FPC rifle. You can read Eric’s initial write-up on this .22LR take on S&W’s folding platform here. They thought of everything with this gun, even little details like a flat-face trigger and a selection of switchable palm swell inserts. It isn’t just an el cheapo playtoy made to capitalize on the tacticool trends of modern shooting.

A weeks-long deal

But the M&P FPC 22 is expensive for a rimfire rifle, coming to market at an MSRP of $549. To ease that sting, S&W has a rebate offered on these rifles for the next few weeks. As per their PR:

“Smith & Wesson … today announced the launch of its M&P® FPC® 22 Holiday Rebate, offering consumers a $75 prepaid card with the purchase of any new eligible M&P FPC 22 rifle. Valid on qualifying firearms purchased between October 16, 2026, and December 31, 2026, the promotion includes the standard 20-round model, 10-round compliant model, and the bundled package featuring a CTS Red/Green Optic, carrying bag, and additional magazines.”

So you’ve got two-and-a-half months to save money. Head to their rebate page here to see more details.
