Wilcox Introduces VIPR Sight With Programmable Reticles

Wilcox has a new, programmable sighting system. The VIPR (Visually Integrated Precision Reticle) optic has a range of digital reticles that can switch on the fly to accommodate different ammunition types or use cases. Those options allow the user to switch to counter UAS ammo and reticles should the need arise.

Unlike other red dot sights, the VIPR can maintain a range of reticles with different zeroes. These are controlled through an app for easy customization. This programmable nature allows for super and subsonic ammo in the same gun. Or standard ammunition and counter-drone rounds through the same gun. This also combines with reticle choices that are optimized for that ammo type. This could also work for switching between less expensive practice ammo and duty or match ammo.
